At the core of this session is the understanding of relationships' impact on moving work forward or being a leader. Through a series of engaging activities/exercises, discussions, and practical tools, participants will explore key topics including: Identifying spheres of control and influence within the educational context, mastering listening and questioning techniques, and engaging in productive conversations.
Audience: The audience is intended for both those in the position/title of coach, department chairs/leads, building leaders, grade level leads, as well as others who find themselves in coach roles by nature or experience.
