Learn how to bring your students outside to incorporate real-world, hands-on math concepts into your 5th-8th grade math curriculum. Participants will learn how to measure trees using easily accessible low-cost tools and explore how tree measurement and calculating board feet of lumber can be powerful mathematics lessons. We will be going outside!
